Devlog post - WEEK #5 - Afonso Gomes


Hello! This week has been the most work heavy for me, I've done a lot of things!
1 - I have designed the Game World, more specifically everything in this image except the part highlighted in red (the water area).

2 - Implemented moving platforms, with a variety of modes (Always moving or triggered by player, cyclical or forward-back), as well as buttons on the ground to call the platforms back.


3 - Implemented the ability to "memorize pebble codes"

4 - Implemented a better boss spawning mechanism (Explanation of the image: After grabbing the Dash Skill, when the player tries to leave the arena, a force field appears blocking the exit, and then after 1s the boss spawns high up outside the player's view and moves down, after reaching the target position, it's health bar appears and the fight begins.

5 - Implemented a new basic Combat Skill that we intend on giving to the player right at the start, it's called Sword Spin, and it is inspired on Link's classic move.

6 - Implemented the "Bloin Bundle" item, that when used, gives 20 Bloins (currency) to the player.
